Itinerary

Day 1: SEOUL ARRIVAL (D)

On arrival, you will be welcomed and transferred to the hotel. In the evening, after a tour briefing, our tour guide will take you out for a Welcome Dinner.

 Day 2: TRADITIONAL & MODERN SEOUL (B,L)

Explore Seoul. Visit the Blue House, Gyeongbok Palace & the Folklore Museum (including Royal Guard Changing Ceremony), Bukchon Hanok Village, Insadong Antique Street, Cheonggyecheon Streams and the Namdaemun Market.Overnight in Seoul.

 Day 3: SEOUL - DMZ TOUR (B,L)

Visit the Korean Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) which separates the North from the South. One of the most heavily guarded borders on earth, DMZ offers you fascinating insights into the long-standing tension between North and South Korea. Located on each side of 38th parallel, this infamous border was established at the end of the war in 1953 at the signing Panmunjom’s armistice in order to separate North and South Korea. Upon arrival, proceed to passport security control followed by a short introduction at the United Nations’ camp. Visit Dora observatory and Dorasan railway station. Discover Imjingak Park with the Memorial, the Liberty Bridge and the Bell of Unification. Late morning, visit the 3rd tunnel dug into the rock at a depth of 73m and capable of moving 30,000 soldiers per hour with their weapons. Afterward, head to the Dorasan Station and Dorasan Observatory where you’ll look through telephoto lenses for a first-hand look at the life on the other side.

Day 4: SEOUL - ANDONG - GYEONGJU (B,L)

Today, travel to the historic village of Andong. Travel back in time when you visit this open-air heritage museum nestled by the Nakdong river. Then head to the coastal city of Gyeongju, a coastal city bursting with historic architecture and famed as the "museum without walls".

 Day 5: GYEONGJU (B,L)

Today, you’re off to Gyeongju, a coastal city with a picturesque landscape. Visit the the Bulguksa Temple nestling on the slopes of Mount Toham. Wander the Seokguram grottos, and enjoy what are considered some of the best Buddhist sculptures in the entire world. Continue to the National Museum to take a look at their large collection of art and cultural relics. Take a stroll around the Anapji pond, part of Gyeongju National Park and host to over 730 artifacts. Relish the final hours of daylight while you explore South Korea's only historical national park.

Day 6: GYEONGJU - BUSAN (B,L)

Today, you will travel to Busan, a huge commercial and port city. En-route, visit the iconic sights of this coastal city.

Day 7: FLIGHT BUSAN - JEJU ISLAND (B L)

You take a short domestic flight to Jeju Island, also known as “Island of Gods”. The volcanic island has scenic natural beauty, unique cultural traditions and temperate climate. From 2007, the Jeju Volcanic Island and Lava Tubes were listed on the UNESCO World Heritage Site in South Korea. You will visit Yongduam, Dragon’s Head Rock.

 Day 8: JEJU ISLAND DISCOVERY TOUR (B,L)

After breakfast, you will enjoy a full day island tour starting with Sangumburi Crater, which has been designated as a Natural Monument. Then leisurely wallk through Ilchul Land, a beautiful theme park with flower garden including Bonsai Garden. Visit Seongsan Sunrising Hill, also called ‘Sunrise Peak’. This volcanic crater offers some stunning views including one of the best sunrises Korea has to offer. Explore Mysterious Road, also known as Dokkaebi Road. Experience the illusion of a hilly mountain slopes that seems to defy gravity.

 Day 9: FLIGHT JEJU ISLAND - SEOUL (B,L)

Today, take a domestic flight back to Seoul. Discover the new era at hand in Korea, what the world calls New Seoul. This will be the highlights of today as you fly back to Seoul. In the afternoon, participate in a DIY Kimchi making class, and take photos in Korean traditional outfit -Hanbok.

 Day 10: SEOUL - SUNSET CRUISE & TRADITIONAL PERFORMANCE (B,D)
